Quality Assurance System

Thorough quality control
to uphold customer trust.

At Itsuwa, we promote group-wide quality management to meet customer expectations and fulfill our social responsibility. We do this by maintaining and improving the quality of our products and services.
Additionally, we have established an in-house Quality Assurance Department to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. By providing our subcontractors with feedback on inspection results and conducting regular on-site audits, we strengthen our relationships with them. Together, we work to improve quality, delivering safe and heartwarming products and services that continue to meet our customers’ needs and expectations.

Quality Assurance Philosophy

We are always thinking about what we can do for our customers.
We are committed to fulfilling our social responsibility by providing “safety, security, and reliability” through quality assurance activities that maintain the high quality of our various services.
We do this without being bound by the conventional framework of a trading company.

Quality Assurance Policy

We will each put ourselves in the customer’s shoes
and strive to provide a high level of reliability.

We prioritize customer safety above all else,
aiming to produce high-quality products
that can be used with peace of mind.

Quality Assurance System

Promoting Regional Quality Improvement
from a Global Perspective

A quality assurance department will be established
in the Dongguan Office (China) starting in FY2025
with the goal of directly directing all quality assurance activities not only
throughout China but also in other parts of Asia.

We are building a quality assurance network of excellence
that is rooted in the community.

  • Deploy the basic philosophy of quality assurance activities and establish a quality assurance reporting line that is independent of the business units, as is done in Japan.
  • Establish a quality assurance system centered on the Asian region and develop a system that provides mutual support in Japan and overseas.
  • Expand into the collection and management of information with a focus on the Asian region, and develop an information network.
